1. Introduction
Welcome to Rishi Jagariya Finserv These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our B2B service marketplace platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
"Client" refers to any business entity that engages professional services through the Platform. "Service Provider" refers to any verified professional or company offering services on the Platform. "Project" refers to a defined scope of work with milestones and deliverables.
3. Platform Services
The Platform facilitates structured B2B transactions between Clients and Service Providers. All payments are milestone-based, tied to specific project deliverables, and supported by invoices and service agreements. The Platform does not provide the professional services itself — it serves as a marketplace and payment facilitation layer.
4. User Accounts & KYC
Users must provide accurate business information during registration. We may require KYC documentation including business registration certificates and authorized signatory details. Accounts with incomplete or false information may be suspended.
5. Project & Milestone Structure
All projects must have a defined scope, timeline, and milestone breakdown before payments can be initiated. Milestones must clearly describe deliverables and acceptance criteria. Payments are released only upon milestone completion and client approval.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through RBI-compliant payment gateways. All transactions are invoice-based with proper documentation. The Platform charges a service fee of 1% per transaction, disclosed before payment confirmation. Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
7. Intellectual Property
Deliverables and intellectual property created under a project are governed by the service agreement between the Client and Service Provider. The Platform does not claim ownership of any work product.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between Clients and Service Providers, the Platform may act as a mediator. Unresolved disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not liable for the quality of services delivered by Service Providers. We facilitate transactions and provide dispute resolution support but do not guarantee project outcomes. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
